EIFEL EA series end suction centrifugal pumps are designed complying to BS EN733 / DIN24255 standard. A: Please send us pump flow, head, working frequency, power, voltage, quantity so that we could give you an accurate quotation.
3. Q: When can I get the price?
A: We usually provide a quotation within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. If you are in urgent need of a price, please call us or contact our sales director for timely response. Please call us or let us know in your email so that we can prioritize your inquiry.
4. Q: Do you support OEM?

5. Q: Do you test all your pumps before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% pressure test before delivery.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW,FOB,CNF,CIF.
7. Q:What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T in advance 30% as deposit, and finish 70% balance payment before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and before you pay the balance.
8. Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 4 to 4 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order.
9. Q:What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in wooden lattice case or plywood case. And if you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
10. Q: How long the warranty will be?
A: 1 year warranty.
11. Q: What if the machine not working well?
A: There are two options.
*We could appoint our engineer to your company to debug and repair, as if the cost of this trip such as ticket, visa, accommodation and labor cost will be on your side.
*Online service will be provided. If still under guarantee period, the necessary and parts will be provided free, but the
transportation cost of it shall be on your side.
12. Q: How can I check the situation of your factory when it is difficult for me to come to China?
